I have been wearing Costa for over 20 years; always had 2 pairs for driving and fishing. Once they got bought by Luxottica their service went downhill! Tried to get warranty request 2x because I was sent the wrong glasses (cheaper version). The glasses I needed weren't in stock for over 45 days. They denied my request when they finally were restocked because it was over their 30 day retunr policy. They wouldn't let me speak with a manager and told me I was out of luck. Can I give zero stars?Sent a return back in March and they received it shortly after according to tracking but we have not received a refund and we can not get in touch with anyone. Worst company ever right along with stub hub. Now where is our refund?
I loved costa sunglasses but now after my girlfriend tried to order me the camo and orange blackfins twice and they showed up different glasses both times a month later then I order the camo and orange pair through my eye doctor as a prescription and they showed up 2 months later the wrong glasses won't be ordering anymore
Loved the Glasses, but the Warranty with Luxottica is worthless. They have my set since June 2020 now late September they still lack on reply's and resolution. WOULD NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT AGAIN, or recommend them
Since Luxottica bought them, they warranty is worthless. They try to replace your glass lenses 580G sunglasses with the poly lenses sunglasses. They don't even tell you they do that, they just sent them and hope you don't catch it. I have been try to get them to replace them with same quality glass lenses but they keep saying they are out of stock, which is a lie because I can buy them or their site.
They lost my glasses and won't reimburse me or send me new ones
Extremely frustrated with their customer service. Do not order from their website. I purchased a pair of costas in mid July. After ten days without a shipping notification I contacted customer service and I was told they canceled my order because the item was out of stock and they did not have a restock date. I bought a pair of sunglasses online. I want to return them. Ive called three times with the promise of a return label being sent in 2-3 business days. The return label never arrives. The return link on their site doesn't work. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. After waiting 11 minutes I hung up. After 3 empty promises of a return label being emailed to me I did not trust that a supervisor was really coming on the line and that I'd be waiting 40 minutes with out an outcome. Shady company. I finally decided to treat myself to good sunglasses so I ordered a pair of Costa's Southpoint glasses. I chose the rose gold frames with the copper silver mirror ($250). A few weeks later they arrived and I was so excited only to be disappointed because I was sent the wrong glasses.
