Extremely disappointed in my experience with Costa, especially considering the fact they're owned by Luxottica, the worlds largest eyewear company. You would think such an enormous company would have the proper resources to deliver the best customer service, and unfortunately that is not the case. Over 35 days waiting for refund. Worst customer service ever!!! Hour plus wait on phone for the run around. Called 5 times, emailed about 4 times got 1 reply and nothing ever again. They've been using Covid 19 as an excuse for 2 months now. But continue to send coupons and promos daily and ship A.S.A.P.. Costa is not the same since the sold to ******************. Long story short had to open a dispute with Bank after 2 months no refund. Lost 2 loyal customers!
These guys are crooks. Sent me the wrong product and will not issue me a refund. Had to fill out a dispute with PayPal. This company needs to be shut down.
Formerly a great company. Recently purchased glasses where lens material is coming off after owning for 10 days. Filed a warranty claim. The lenses are 580p popular common lens used in many of the Costa glasses. I was told the following: "Upon evaluation of your claim, we have determined that the issue was not due to defective material or workmanship. I have purchased multiple pair of Costa Sunglasses from both retail and online vendors in the past. Up until this point, I've really had no major issues. However, a few months ago Costa had an ad on Facebook. So, I purchased a pair directly from them at the beginning of April. I paid for expedited shipping to get the sunglasses in 1-2 days. I returned 2 pair of glasses and they were received over a month ago by Costa and not only have I still not received a refund but they will not even acknowledge receiving them even though I have UPS proof of delivery. I made numerous call to them with 40 or more minutes hold time and spoken with 4 different representatives with no resolution. I placed the purchase in dispute with my credit card company. I will never buy from Costa again. Poor non existent customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with . I emailed with no responses , I called and waited over an hour and twenty minutes with no response . I attempted to do their chat and never got a response well except that they were busy and get back To me which they never did. There are a lot of reputable companies out their and honestly thought Costa was one of them . I would never buy this product from their website again .
On 4/6/20 I placed an order for two pair of Costa sunglasses. My wife did not like hers and I initiated a return on 4/15/20. On 4/29/20 and after several attempts I finally received RMA instructions and shipped. UPS confirmed delivery on 5/14/20. As of today (6/22/20) I have not received credit. I have sent no less than ten emails and have been on hold on many calls for over an hour trying to speak with someone. I like the Costa sunglasses but the customer service is completely dysfunctional and unacceptable. LeeM.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses in early April 2020. They did not fit well, so I returned them the next morning after I received the sunglasses due to poor fit. I used the UPS shipping label you provided by Costa, and they received my return in mid-April. However, they still have not refunded my credit card. They say they are 'behind' in the returns department. It has been over two months since they received my return, and they still have not processed it.
