I ordered two pairs of Costa sunglasses on April 9. Instead of Costas I received a pair of Oakleys. After contacting Costa they did ship my order correctly. But they didn't ship it via expedited shipping like the original order. I did, however, finally receive the two correct pairs of Costas. Only one pair worked, so I shipped the other pair back back. I also returned the Oakleys I didn't order. UPS shows Costa received both of them on April 28. After a week, I reached out regarding my refund. I was told to wait 15 business ... read more

I could not be more pleased with Costa Del Mar! I am a big fan of their women's sunglasses. I was quite upset when I accidentally dropped mine and the leg broke off. I contacted Costa and sent in my frame to be repaired. Two weeks later I received what looked to be a brand new pair! Not only did they replace the frame, but the lens as well!! Thank you so much Costa, I am a forever customer!

I purchased 2 pair of Costas for my wife and myself 1 week ago. I paid over 400 dollars for the 2 pair, and was assured of their great warranty program and the durability of the sunglasses. I was getting out of my car the other day, and they slipped off of my lap and fell less than two feet to the ground, and now they have a chip on the glass lenses (that I paid extra for because they're supposed to be more resistant to chips and scratches), and on the plastic frames. I will not ever order from this company again. I ordered a pair of reader sunglasses..two weeks went by with no email of any sort informing me they had been shipped or not. After being on line for over an hour, I finally was told my order had been returned as undeliverable to my address, which by the way, is my correct address. Oh, and I guess now that I've called, they say they will issue a refund. Horrible customer service that gives you the run around without taking ownership. We have been through so much back and forth between the initial claim, pictures, phone calls and emails that it is embarrassing at this point how long and arduous this process has been. I'll go through the steps that I've taken to get my sunglasses repaired and the appalling loop they have put me in. Worst customer service experience ever! After responding to their emails about my lense replacement I called. On hold for over twenty minutes the first two calls. When I finally got someone after a 9:02 minute hold on the third call they put me on hold to get info on my order and after another 2 minutes I was disconnnected. I still have no idea where my glasses are or if they will be repaired. At this point I don't care. Latest pair of prescription sunglasses would be great if the numbers on the lenses didn't interfere with my vision ! It creates a blur and is very annoying. They say it's a must have for prescription sunglasses and cannot be changed with the larger wrap around frames?

Not worth your money I had four pair with every pair having a different defect not perfect like website says or advertised and when I pointed out the defects they get rude and defensive and lack good customer service buyers beware Costa's not as great as they seem

Mr. B***** filed a warranty claim for a manufacturer's defect on a pair of his COSTA sunglasses. He was sent a brand new pair as a replacement for the warranty claim. He then stated that the new pair had a defect on them as well. He came to the COSTA headquarters to have the glasses he received inspected. No manufacturer's defects were found on the glasses; however, as a gesture of goodwill, he was given another brand new pair and allowed to keep the other pair. Not the most satisfied with my recent experience with Costa. I sent in a pair of glasses that had unfortunately been damaged. I had read wonderful things about their repair and replacement process so I went ahead and gave it a shot. I sent them my glasses on 9/12/19 and received an e-mail yesterday, 9/19/19 stating that my frames were discontinued.
