I finally decided to treat myself to good sunglasses so I ordered a pair of Costa's Southpoint glasses. I chose the rose gold frames with the copper silver mirror ($250). A few weeks later they arrived and I was so excited only to be disappointed because I was sent the wrong glasses. I used to be a huge Costa Del Mar fan..........but they have slipped big time! I placed an order 5/4/20, received the glasses on 5/8/20 then started the return process on 5/11/20. I didn't receive a return label until 5/22. I tracked the UPS return delivery and the package was signed for by Costa on 6/1/20. It is now 8/14/20 and I have been pulling out my hair dealing with Costa Del Mar's customer service for the past 3 months!! Phone calls are pointless, they never answer. I bought and got a pair of costa sun glasses as a gift more than 12 years ago in Florida! after less tha 2 years the nose& ear guards came off! Costa fixed it by replacing the frame, again after a couple of years the same thing! This happened at least three times, now again! Costa is giving me the run around, don't even reply to my E-Mails and Phone calls ,sometimes 2-3 weeks later! Costa Del Mar received my returned sunglasses on 6/1/2020 and I have still not received my refund as of today 8/1/2020. I have made numerous attempts on the phone and have been promised that I will have my refund "in days", only to have to call again and be placed on hold for many minutes and received the same runaround answer. I will never order anything from Costa Del Mar because their business practices are awful and I will relay this information to all family and friends.

I wish I would've read these reviews before Purchasing directly from the website. I purchased a pair of glasses the end of May they came and we're not as advertised, they received my return June 16 and now I'm still waiting on the credit to my account. After multiple emails about when I would receive my credit over the past month I was chatting with a customer service rep this morning. Absolutely the worst customer service. Placed an order on 6/4 and it was delivered to the wrong address. After waiting 2 hours to speak with customer service they resubmitted another order on 7/6.. Called 7/13 again after waiting an hour and was told items would be shipped in 3 days. Same day I receive email that they have cancelled my order and refunded my money. Have not seen a defund. Awful company and should not be in business

If I could give no stars I would. My experience with Costa has been absolutely awful. I am currently on hold with Costa, again. It has been 3, almost 4 weeks since I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Costa. After never receiving any shipping updates, I received a package with the wrong items. I called the first time and was told the problem will be resolved. This company use to be a good company to buy from but as you can see from other reviews they have gone into the toilet. Their warranty is nothing but pure fraud and a total con. If they were a true company they would be a member of the BBB but in time I feel they will end up going out of business due to word of mouth and what they do to the paying customer. These sunglass are nothing more than high dollar junk, go to Walmart instead.

Do not buy from this company! They sent the wrong glasses, returned them confirmed by UPS. Website says after 5 days of them receiving return you will see the refund. I called them and was told the website was wrong it is 15 days. It is well past 15 days and no refund. No replies to my emails. Going to file a claim through PayPal.
