Filed a warranty claim and was sent an email stating the claim was accepted. The email stated they would send a *** packing slip so we could drop them off at a local *** store for shipment. The packing slip was never sent in the three day window as they stated. I called and spoke with customer service and she said she would send the email with the packing slip. Unfortunately, Costa Del Mar has lost its ability to care for its customers. The customer service is subpar. Each time I have called, their representative can't help with shipping or an incorrect case that was delivered with my new sunglasses. And they don't apologize for the bad service. I would take me business else where. No longer a Costa Customer.

260 dollars and less then a year old. When they weren't on my head they were in the case. Slid off my face when I looked down and the frames cracked from about a 2 foot fall. Not covered by warranty. For that price the quality is outrageously low and the warranty is basically worthless. I loved my glasses but if that's how easily they break and don't get replaced I won't be wearing costas ever again

I got a pair of sunglasses and they were great for a while, then they stretched out and wouldn't stay on if I looked down. I was surprised and excited that they agreed to exchange them; however, they only provided an extremely limited selection for exchanging. I chose the smallest ones I could, but they were too big and, well... yup, they fell off my face when I looked down. Customer service is horrendous now that they sold to lux. Denied my warranty claim and told me to go to my local retailer even though I purchased the product directly from their website.

Made a purchase of RX sunglasses and had to wait 2-3 days to provide RX. provided the RX and right after i sent i saw a mistake on the order, Contacted Costa ASAP and they said sorry we cant cancel even though the order hasnt started. Cant vs want.... I can return for a refund later on... okay fine. Was told to place a new order. So i did. contacted them again to make sure the agent i had wasnt being lazy. new agent said they can try but no guarantees they can cancel. Waited 5 minutes on hold. Came back. Used to be a great company and is trash now....have been unable to order nose pad replacements for a $200 pair of glasses for over a year now. Finally bought Maui Jims and customer support has been great! AVOID!!

Absolute junk, 2 pairs, both right arms broke off, no reply to issues. Buy another brand. Did not see a place for reviews on their own site, why is that??!!

Ordered a pair of sunglasses and when I received the shipping notification I noticed they neglected to include my apartment number in the shipping address. I used ********* so I know the shipping address I gave them was correct. Emailed them as soon as I learned about it which was right away. Their solution? Go pay $15 to UPS to change the address.
