Horrible customer service! I will never buy these sunglasses again & my husband & I own 18 pairs. Their warranty is a job & if they "service" or repair your sunglasses, you may never get them back. I sent 2 pairs back for repair in June. One was under warranty & I have never received my sunglasses & it is almost October! Sent my reef tons in for a repair, wasn’t under warranty which I assumed because it was a damaged lens. However since they have received my glasses I have not received any confirmation email of any kind to give me a date to expect my repair back. Every time I try to log in on the website to track my claim it says that my password is incorrect when I’ve reset the password multiple times just in an attempt to log in and check on my repair. They got this one chance and it confirmed why I’m a Oakley lover for life

I bought some Costa del Mar rincon glasses from an authorized retailer and after two months they were scratched from just being in the case. I sent an email for the warranty and it was rejected because • Issue not due to defective material or workmanship • Missing/Invalid proof of purchase • Warranty period expired how can they be out of warranty after 2 months? This will be my first and last time getting Costa. I should of researched further with the company. I found out from an optical specialist they were bought by Luxottica and mentioned service was horrible. Yes I took a chance. The sunglasses I bought was comfortable on my face and they had a sale. I have owned 4 pairs of Costa Del Mar Sunglasses over the last 20 years and have LOVED them. I WILL NEVER BUY THEM AGAIN!!! Purchased a pair from the Freedom line that had a great Red/White/Blue design which works great going to Washington Nationals games... these became my favorite sunglasses EVER. I sent back two pairs of glasses almost 8 weeks ago and never received a refund. They were unused, just didn't fit my head right. I have contacted customer service 4 times about the issue and always get the run around. Their website claims a refund within 4 weeks. Costa sunglasses are simply awesome!!! The customer service you receive as a Costa owner is truly unparalleled in my experience. I have two pairs of Costa sunglasses, and likely won’t need to purchase another pair, since the warranty is so good. Also, the lens quality is outstanding!
I absolutely loved my sunglasses. Only pair that fit me like theirs. However, I’ve purchased the same pair 3 times in 3 years at $280 a pop. Every pair was defective and every time they denied it. My last pair the lenses completely fell out and it was still not deemed as a manufacturer defect. Save your money and buy elsewhere
