Absolutely my worst experience with customer service in my 38 years of life! *** purchased several pair of glasses and a lot of clothing over the last 15 years. I paid $900 for my rhino prescription sunglasses Had problem with the left lens popping out when I was cleaning the glasses.Contacted costa and was advised to go to a LensCrafters store for repair . I have sent numerous emails about my sunglasses that are falling off my face because the frame has stretched out over the first month I wore them. The company will not respond to me after submitting multiple pictures. Disappointed because I spent $260 on frames I cannot wear.

1 out of 5 stars only because there is not the option for zero stars.Stupidly, I have purchased 8 pairs of Costa Del Mar sunglasses in my life and all 8 pairs except for the most recent pair I bought have been defective within the first two years. I like the way the frames fit my face and the polarized lenses are moderate quality. Of the 8 pairs I have warrantied 4 pairs but I will no longer be purchasing Costa Del Mar ever again. Do not follow their 2 year warranty. Received a pair of glasses. There was a defect in the lens. Glass lens shattered in a small section seems like there was a crack already. Only used the glasses a handful of times and they would not repair. Offered 1/2 of what the glasses cost to repair. Beware when purchasing.
