My suggestion to everyone is to ALWAYS get a second opinion. I contacted Coolray because my A/C unit stopped blowing cool air. The technician came out, spent approximately 3 minutes looking at my unit, and told me my compressor was broken. The technician said it can't be repaired and it wasn't cost-effective to replace it. He recommended investing in a new and more efficient unit. A sales representative came out and quoted me three units: $6907 (bronze), $8541 (silver), and $9393 (gold). I had a new water heater put in and it was in a small area, The men came in and worked on it and kept going with out taking a break. It was very hot in that space. They knew what they were doing and answered my questions. They cam out with everything they needed, I did not hear we have to go get the part etc, Both men were polite and very good workers. I had no problem with the new hot water heater.. I like the fact that when they say they will be out to your house they do come on time.
Coolray folks have always done a great job for me. On the other hand, Mr. Plumber will never set foot in my house again. Highly overcharged for a kitchen faucet installation and was advised that the plumber's tools were factored into the cost. What? The faucet was not assembled and installed properly. Major rip off.
Our Experiences with COOL RAY and MR PLUMBER have been more than satisfactory. The service people are courteous, professional, on time and do a good job. It is easy to schedule appointments.
We had our Grand Children (6 & 2) for a monad a half this summer while Mom and Dad relocated the family digs. 6 year old loves wet wipes. Very much. After their departure last week the commode in the guest bath started clogging. Do what I might I could not fix it. Enter Mr. Allen West from Mr. Plumber arrived at my door and fixed the problem with ease. Price seemed good as well for as far as they had to come. This is the second time I have used their service with the same result. Excellent Service! Thank you.
These folks just saved my life tonight! Buyer on my place had a home inspector tell him there was an issue with my upstairs unit. I had just three days to get it serviced so we could close on the house. Coolray always did service the unit and came out next day during their peak season, worked with me over the phone to troubleshoot, was HONEST enough to tell me the unit was in fact working fine, tested the unit the same way the home inspectors do, and topped off my refrigerant just to be safe.
