Smh only easing im giving a fair review is because of the wonderful receptionist, her responsiveness to my issue and their arrival between the 4 hour window of time they promised. Had a great experience today with our tech Bernard at our condo intown near Piedmont Park. He did great work, talked me through system concerns, options and his recommendation. He wasn't pushy and framed concerns around safety, or efficiency or age of components. I had him install what he recommended and after the call I felt like I was getting good value being signed up with Cool Ray.Thorough work, the service call was fairly brief, within the time window. Thanks guys.
Really nice people. Bought an expensive Carrier system in Sept 2013. Less than 4 years later and it doesn't work. $166 appointment and new capacitor but it still doesn't work. It's upsetting to pay thousands for a new system and it not last 4 years. It isn't necessarily a Coolray issue but when your relatively new Carrier goes out, expect to pay.
I am about to drop them. Worst customer service ever. Twice now I have been scheduled for a 4 hour window for annual maintenance and TWICE they have not shown up. Today they simply took me off the schedule for no reason and did not even call. I had to track them down and the rep had no idea why they didn't come. BEWARE!!!
Do not use them, cost way too much for the services provided. They pulled a toilet and pipe snake for $683 WOW! Go elsewhere. I needed sewer repair and John Matlock way overestimated my job. He did not locate the snake head and show me the location of break. He just made me think of the worst case scenario...He want to charge me more than $4000 for the repair. OMG! I went to Rooter-Chis and got it done right
Dawaun Megs and Daniel Gazaway are absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable very respectful. I'm so glad they came out and installed my HVAC. They are hard workers. I will be referring everyone I know who needs or ask about an HVAC to cool ray just because these guys were so awesome!!!! Thank you guys y'all are the best!!!!
I have had my system for a little over 5 years and just renewed my service contract with Coolray. They have always come to my assistance with any issues the system had. They came within the schedule time frame, He was through and comprehensive, fast and gave me excellent recommendations for my system.
We have used Cool Ray for several years to service our air conditioner and heating systems and have always been very pleased with their work which is why I immediately contacted Mr. Plumber when we had a sewer problem yesterday. My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of John Matlock and Brandon Ward. They exemplify the definition of quality, professional employees who are also wonderful, kind people.
