We were given arrival window of 8-12 and tech didn't show up until 2:00. When we called around 12:30 to check there was no apology. It was extremely inconvenient to spend my entire Saturday at home waiting.
Tommy did a great job installing our new water heater! He was very clean, professional, and explained the important aspects to me in easy terms to understand. Thank you for getting us our hot water back!
Fred Mortus did an excellent job assessing my plumbing problem and making the necessary repairs. He provided a clear, detailed quote and took the time to explain everything. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was very pleased with my recent experience with Mr. Plumber. I appreciate the prompt reply to my calls and the quality of the customer service I received.
Cool Ray came out to my house and wasnt even at my house 35 minutes before they walked off the job because the techs were afraid of cobwebs .....when we called the office they were rude ..I highly dont recommend them ..they dont even deserve a star but fb wont let me post this unless I give them a star........very very unprofessional!
No star! I spent $12 on a new AC unit. Cool ray has been to my house so many times I've lost count to fix insulation problems. I have a folder about an inch thick of service receipts. I'm about to add another slip today. Smh! Of course once the sales guys get you the great CS no longer exist. At this point after so many service calls a manager should if contacted me a long time ago. I do love my trane but I DO NOT recommend CR for installation!
Up until today, I have had nothing but good things to say about my service from Coolray. Today, however... The technician they sent to do an estimate on the work wasn't qualified to give that estimate...he even said so! Subsequently, no estimate and no service. Then I was asked to pay a $69 service fee! That's right! For nothing being accomplished except a "sorry" and we'll send someone else tomorrow. Now I get to wait around and/or rush home when they decide they can show up.
