0 stars. One of the plumbers came out to my house recently and while leaving he decided to completely turn his van around in my driveway and BACKED INTO MY MERCEDES, THE COMPANY WILL NOT RESPOND OR EVEN INVESTIGATE.
I used Coolray for my furnace and A/C for several years when I lived in Smyrna and have continued using Coolray these past 8+ years for my current home in Kennesaw. Phone responses are sometimes a little bit less friendly and personal than they were in previous years, but the maintenance service I've received has been EXCELLENT! Knowledgeable, polite and professional technicians! John H. highly recommended!!
My daughter noticed water pouring into our basement at 4:30 the day before Thanksgiving. We called a few places but Mr Plummer was the only one who would come before Friday. Donald showed up about an hour later. Diagnosed the problem ( cracked main line) , hand dug the pipe, drilled a new hole in the foundation and fixed the problem. He was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing. We were back up before 8 . Thanksgiving saved!
Coolray put our heating and air conditioning system in five years ago and we have really enjoyed it. We really enjoy the money we save on our electric bill every year. We really appreciate the quarterly check-ups we receive from them. Mr. Plumber came to our rescue when we needed our fixtures replaced in our bathroom. GREAT COMPANY!!! We will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

I have been a customer of CoolRay since I moved into my first house, 31 years ago. We even moved during those years out state for 10 years. When we came back to Georgia, we immediately called CoolRay to get their service. In all those years and 4 different houses in Georgia, they have never disappointed us. We have even used Mr Plumber and have received the same curiosity service and professionalism from all employees of their companies. I highly recommend them to everyone.
I have had excellent results with the Cool Ray Staff. Not so much with Mr. Plumber. I have a service contract with Cool Ray on my HVAC units. I received a monthly mailer that talked about various topics. I contacted them multiple times to try and get more information on one of the products mentioned in the mailer. No response as yet. This is a little disappointing.
