We got an estimate from them on Saturday, they came out on Monday and finished the job that day. We finally have an A.C. system that keeps our house cold! I would definitely recommend this company!

Just for the record I didn't have them do any work but the driver of truck 061 has to be one of the worst drivers on the road. He about ran my wife and I over on 1941 coming into Griffin. He was doing at least 75 mph going down the road weaving in and out if traffic. Very unsafe driving. Will not be ever calling them for repairs just because of this!!!!
Had an Infinity Thermometer that stopped working this evening. Around 6:15 Chuck was here and had the problem taken care of in 30 minutes! Much, much appreciated!!! We are thankful for your service over the years!

I want to thank Tom Wood, the technician who came to my house, for a job well done. He was very professional, knowledgeable and considerate. He performed the yearly inspection and explained the process and payment options that CoolRay offered. For future visits, I would like Mr. Wood to be my technician. I love the idea that CoolRay makes this possible. It’s important to have someone who does a great job and also fits well with the person they are serving
So disappointed I have renewed my contract and came back to cool ray. I should have stuck with Reliable Heating and Air. I had to pay a deposit for a part for them to come back to install. I had a window of 12 to 4. Never heard anything but called and they told me I was next. at 3:50 they said technician on his way. It is now 4:23 pm and no tech no call and now I have been here all day, son is graduating and still no air conditioning. Now it is raining... I just want my money back.
