A very delightful, professional gentleman serviced my A/C under my maintenance contract. No one has ever been that thorough about cleaning the outside unit. Brick did a fantastic job of completing the annual maintenance routine for my A/C. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give Brick a 10!

We've been customers since our replacement of furnace and A/C units years ago. One of our units was making a strange noise last week. We called Coolray and Gerald L came out the following day. Turns out we had a bad motor, but it was covered under our warranty. Gerald ordered the part and installed it today. He was very professional and explained the whole process. Thank you Coolray!
Time for the spring tune up and Chuck did a great job. Called ahead and came right on the time he said he would. I appreciate not having to wait around all day on Saturday's.
Rick McSherry has been our technician for our first year of Coolray service. He came out today and got our ac units ready for summer as well as helped head off any issues by replacing a weak capacitor. I completely trust him with out units and in our home. Thank you Rick for your awesome service.
Gerald and Mike did a great job diagnosing our problem and found another issue that was probably increasing our heating and air bills. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I realized about 9pm that the heat wasn’t working and called Coolray. I was surprised someone answered (by then it was 9:30) and was able to get me an appointment for the following morning. When Josh Buwalda arrived he made sure he understood what the issue was, the recent work Coolray had done on the HVAC system, etc. He determined a fuse had blown and had it fixed in no time. Thank you!
We have been with Coolray H & A for over 30 years. Never had a complaint or issue. They installed air conditioning in one house, replaced our heating and air in this house. Their service technicians are reliable and knowledgeable. The techs cover their shoes and leave doors closed and lights off when service is complete. Etc. Etc. Referred to our friends and family. Can't say enough. Shout out for Kris who was here today. Great work.
