The tech, Kris Hickman, who came to diagnose a sudden lack of heat from our furnace was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patiently explained things. He obtained the part and returned to quickly and efficiently repair our furnace. All office personnel, Tammy, Vickie, and Candace were also courteous, kind and professional. Thanks!

If you are looking for a dependable heating and air conditioning company, I highly recommend Cool-Ray Heating and Air. We had an issue with a sensor on our unit. They came out the same day we called, got our heat back up so we didn't freeze to death, while they ordered a new replacement sensor. They had a new sensor on within 24 hours. This didn't cost us a dime because we have a warranty on our system for 10 years.
