This Company did a fantastic 5 star job. The sales person Dustin Forrester did an outstanding job detailing our options. Bottom line everything he promised was delivered. We have great service in two additional rooms because he crawled up in our attic found the problem with the old system. We are grateful for the recommended solutions.
I had a HORRIBLE experience with them... but I have to be honest... they did not stop bugging me even after I was over it and ready to call a lawyer, the persisted and wanted to make sure I was happy. Without giving much detail, I will see they won me back and made sure the service was done right and the financials were fair. The only thing better than a good company is a company who fails you and refuses to quit until they get it right!
I'm going on Day 5 with no A/C and when I called today for an update, they had no answers. When I asked to speak to a manager, Jean said I could not. She said she would email the manager, then the manager would call me when they could. She said there was no manager on site. Apparently my ticket was placed on 'urgent' 4 days ago when the part was ordered. I would hate to see what my status would be if it wasn't 'urgent'. She had no information to update me. None.
