$420.00 to replace less than 10 feet of low voltage wire. All of which took the technician 20 minutes to accomplish. I will not renew my contract with them.
Coolray was on time and Charles did an outstanding job checking our heating system and A/C.
Been a customer for many years, always happy with their customer service. Their technicians are great.. courteous, polite, friendly and patient. Robert Clayton completed the seasonal service last week. Explained everything in detail. I will continue to be a CoolRay customer.
We had a technician come out to the house today. His name was Armand. He is the all around best technician we have ever used. So knowledgeable! He explains everything clearly and patiently. He went way above and beyond what we expected from the call. He stayed patient, understanding and helpful the entire time during a very hectic situation. Cool Ray is wonderful and professional and Armand was the BEST!! We will use both for every AC check-up or need from now on.
Jonathan Weaver, Evan Smith, and Lance Wulfsohn were all very informative, helpful, and thorough. The purchase and installation of my new system was very smooth and was dealt with in a very timely manner. Thanks so much for all your help!!
