Jeremy was polite, courteous, and really went above and beyond. The woman who my husband contacted for an appointment was friendly and easily got us a next day appointment even though it wasn't an emergency situation. We've used them for for heating and air, now our electrical. Will be using them again. We're lifelong customers for sure
I have been pleased with Coolray and my service agreement. I have been a customer for years. The only reason there is not a full 5 stars is I sometimes get the feeling the tech is trying to up-sale me on products. This was not the case with Jin, the most recent, but I have felt that in the past. The techs are always courteous and professional, however. I know where to find you if I want/need more info on additional products. This is not a serious issue, just a comment. The next customer may feel completely different.
