Heat Wave No Match for Coolray! A/C went out in our Midtown mid-rise during the hottest week of the Summer. Heat index over 100 degrees! We called Sunday morning at 11:00 AM fearing it would be days to get service. Coolray had a tech out the same day, fixed everything in an hour, and the price was very reasonable. Robert McGee was awesome, kept us informed and made certain everything was completed satisfactorily. Same day service on a Sunday in a Heat Wave = AMAZING!
Coolray was fast, clean and professional when replacing our AC and Furnace. The cooling and lower humidity is awesome. I highly recommend!
We purchased two now units less than two years ago. One of them broke and it was 87 degrees upstairs. You sent someone out who said they had to order a part. Fast forward four days all the while the upstairs is 85 degrees plus...you came back out and claimed to replace the part but the tech never checked if it worked...it does not. He then had the gall to suggest we purchase a surge protector that we were told was installed with the two units 2 years ago. Your techs are incompetent. You make appointments and don’t show and don’t call. When you bother to show you don’t have the parts with you. Our 4 year old A/C unit has been out for 3 days now and we had a guy out to look at it and said he didn’t have the part. No one has bothered to contact us since. We have had to do all the calling. Your company is awful.
My husband and I had a full installation done on Memorial day. These guys came out and busted their tails!! We were so unbelievably impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and hard work. They came directly to us to inform us stage by stage of our full installation and with any questions they may have had. After the installation, they have been overwhelmingly helpful and kind to us with any questions we may have regarding our system.
