service sucks. 24/7? rubbish. called for emergency for heat, the tech calls asks questions n then says he's busy. He doesn't even report back to the office. I call the office the lady says she will get someone else n no response. just crap. that's all the will say is sorry n all should be ok. just ridiculous

Spent nearly $7k on a unit 3 years ago to keep from having issues with my old unit. Should've just kept my old unit. This has been a disaster since they put it in. They were here from 7am until after 11pm putting it in. Couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. They called a different tech out to figure it out at 10pm. Great service I highly recommend, well trained installers.
Mark Sanders serviced our 2 units and went well above the call of duty! It was a very hot day and he hung with it for 1 1/2 hrs. He also gave me valuable tips on how to make our units last. BTW, he left his Yellowjacket manifold. It is hanging at the garage door. :)
Update: I was able to work with the owner of Coolray and we reached an amicable agreement regarding an issue that I had with my AC unit repair. Coolray was very professional and the owner was willing to work with me and personally investigate the issue on their side.
Coolray employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
