Worst experience ever
Our air conditioning went out this past Saturday right before we had company arriving for dinner. I called Coolray and the customer service rep was great on the phone and assured me that a technician would be out the next day as we ave a maintnenance contract. The technician Mike Benson was very professiona and knowledgable and fixed our problem. He was very courteous and made sure we were completely satisifed before we left. We would recommend him and would certainly ask for him if we have any issues again.
I will never do business with these guys again! Our AC went out and we called for a technician to come out. We’ve had a service agreement set up for over a year with these guys and they called my husband (during the window in which they were supposed to come) to cancel on us. It’s in the 90s, I’m pregnant and my dog overheats very easily. We put our faith in this company, which was a mistake.
I had another company come out and misdiagnose my air conditioning problem. Josh & Josh from Coolray came out and investigated what the issue was, ordered the new part and were able to install it within a couple days. They ended up saving me a lot of money and were able to get my A/C back working. Made my wife extremely happy and I couldn't be more satisfied with what they did. Thanks Guys!!!
