I have had a satisfactory relationship with CoolRay for several years. I put in a call to them about problems with my heating and air system. My service advisor Bret Keeney was very knowledgeable, helpful, informative and personable. He was prompt and arrived at 12:30 on Friday 03/30/18, scheduled to arrive 12:00 - 4:00. I’ve used Coolray for 15 years. When it was time to have my original HVAC units replaced I had Coolray do the work. Sean just did some preventative maintenance and has always kept my units in peak condition.
Just had a terrific system check and service from Lawrence Overstreet. He explained so much to me about my system and recommendations for it. What a professional and pleasant young man.
