Have used Coolray for about 15 years, always been satisfied with their sarvice.
This company installed a system that hasn't run for more than 90 days without a service call since it was installed.

We spent over 10K recently on a system with Coolray, and while the service was top notch, there were a few items that we contacted the sales person about that needed to be fixed, when we didn't hear back by the end of the day my husband handled it (he's OCD like that). We just contacted their buddies Mr. plumber...y'all should probably teach them some customer service over there. They are crooked thieves. Just got a nice new top of the line carrier system installed 3 months ago.. and now paying for our 3rd part after 6 service callas and no AC in July! Yay!! The AC techs are rude jerks too. "Well you signed the paperwork" is a response they made. After over 10k now paying a few more $k to fix the crap they didn't tell us from the beginning. Let alone came three days ago fixed one thing for $400 and came back to tell me need another $200 part today... I guess three days ago they totally missed it righ... read more
