They only get 1 star because the tech was very polite and respectful, otherwise it would have been zero. 3 weeks ago we supposedly had our A/C fixed to the tune of over $300. Guess what? As of last night, in 100 degree heat...no A/C again. When we called this morning (Sunday) we were told the earliest someone could come out was Wednesday between 10-2. We explained that they had supposedly fixed it already, but they did not care. Zero customer service.
I recently had a new sink and counter top installed in my bathroom. I purchased a Pfister faucet to have installed. I was quoted over $500 to install the faucet and an additional price of over $200 to do the extra plumbing needed because something was glued? Just for a one sink install. Imagine what the quote would have been if I had two sinks. I read the install institutions and did it myself for less than $11 for putty and water lines bought at Ace Hardware.
I spent all afternoon waiting on them to show up during the 12 - 4 window that they gave me. They called after 3:00 saying that someone was on the way and again at 5:00 saying that someone is on the way. They have a total lack of respect for anyone's time other than their own.
I have always been extremely pleased with the service @ Coolray. My most recent experience was with Jim Denton who came for my yearly service on my furnace. Jim was very professional and courteous and answered all of my questions. I will be a customer for Coolray forever and I highly recommend them!
Called Friday afternoon. Shawn was out 1st thing this morning (Saturday) and our house in magically cool again. We're really pleased with Cool Ray!
Oh good! I'm glad the service guy has not shown up yet and people are showing up at my house asking why did you go with coolray?
Without a/c for 2 days - tech has been here for 2-3 hours no wants to reschedule. If you are looking for service, you need to keep looking.
Nasty technicians, and I find it quite incredulous that they don't stock the necessary parts to complete their work in a timely manner. Called for service on Friday, but they won't have a part until Tuesday? That's like going to a post office and having to pre-order stamps. This is the type of service you get AFTER you pour money into a new unit and lifetime warranty.
