For almost 40 years our family has used CoolRay. My parents used CoolRay and my brother and I are still using CoolRay. A fairly new unit [about 2 years old] had an issue yesterday and CoolRay came out to took care of it under the warranty and maintenance program. Good service begins with good relationships. Thanks to Bryan, Stan, and Chemiel [sp?] who helped our family again yesterday.
Great and friendly plumbers that came out (Jeff/Jimmy/Robert). You cannot beat the price for clearing a drain. I also had a broken pipe at the main cleanout and they were able to fix it promptly. Plus my dog likes them too!
