Me estan cobrando agua y drenaje y basura y aparte 125 extras por mes! Jamas en mi vida yo habia visto un cobro asi q pago mas de el doble solo por agua drenaje y basura...Esto es un abuso..he preguntado a otras personas y a ellas no les cobran estos 125 extras p mes mas aparte el agua drenaje y basura..Abusivos y sinverguezas es lo q son..

If there was an option to give no stars, I would do just that because the unprofessionalism is at a all time high. They don't care about the customers, the person that I spoke with over the phone pretty much did not want to service me because she didn't see a problem wrong with my bill. They're service fee has also gone up. The refuse to help service you but want the payment to be paid.

I was overcharged for my water. I looked at my water usage chart. My water is typically 200 gallons a day. On July 11, it shows my submeter read 1670. When I contacted Conservice about this ****** they said it would have to be solved by maintenance. It's been a month and a half since then and I have not had a ***** like that. There are no leaks in my apartment. They either have faulty equipment, poor data entry, or they're scamming people. Either way, I'm being charged for water that I DID NOT USE. Beware of Conservice if you ever need them to refund you on a charge that was erroneously made!!!They will take forever, they will not trust your work, nor the company, in my case, ***** Company, totally unacceptable! I am incredibly frustrated with the abysmal customer service and sheer incompetence of Conservice. They consistently fail to do their job and provide even the most basic level of service. Emails go unanswered, and when you call, you are met with a barrage of disrespect. They often talk over you, immediately adopt a negative attitude, or worse, blatantly hang up on you after finally reaching someone.There is a complete lack of willingness to listen or help resolve issues. They are a scam. The amount I am paying for water and sewer is equivalent to owning a 3 bedroom house with a full family. Conservice should be illegal but of course Im sure they lobbied to give them more power over renters. Its funny billing people and then no providing what the actual bill was from the utilities company.

If it had zero stars it would be zero o dont even want to give a star . I dont know how BBB is giving this company a B rating when there are NOTHING but complaints . This company is over charging dramatically!! Everyone in my neighborhood averages 60$ water/sewer bill and ours is running 225 with no washer and power over 400 with no washer/dryer. This cannot legal ! Conservice needs to be shut down PERMANENTLY! We will be talking to a lawyer to see what we can do about this company because as of now we have a lease that we c... read more

I don't know which state to complain under. I live in **. This company really needs to be investigated. I live in an apt building. Their water meter reader was reading the meter "wrong" and undercharging. Then everyone's bill skyrocketed. So much so that other residents called and were able to get a reduction. What is suspicious to me is that my water usage went up, as though I have been using more water when I have been in my apartment half the time the past two months due to travel. Based on tenant experiences from all over and within the states from **, **, **, **, etc, there are issues but continue to deny they're overcharging people for utilities. Their agents from chat to phone are incompetent as they can't update a phone # despite confirmation 5 different x, twice with the same person.
