When I tell you these people are a scam and I'm looking into legal action ASAP. Maintenancecame and fixed my sewage and water issue. The next bill i got today for January rent I received 115 off my bill but they added an extra 400 to my bill. My base rent is 1585 plus an extra 100 from my apartment amenities. Why is conservicecome in and tackle on an extra 400 which bring my bill to 2083. Absolutely disgusting.

I have been hung up on multiple times with no return calls. I have sent multiple emails with documentation that their services actually go AGAINST my lease. I have sent documentation that the utilities are in MY name and not the property management group several times. Conservice isn't even paying the right amount, which I have also proven with NO solution. This company is a scam and deserves to be out of business!

I am living in a 1 bedroom apartment by myself. I dont use my dishwasher, I only wash my clothes ones a week. And my water bill for Dec 1 was 59$ last month 50$. I called and she said I only consumed 10$ and the rest are bunch of fees and sewer. Charging also for trash which already getting charged by leasing apartment. Someone needs to do something about it.. no wonder why theres a CON on their ****

This is a very shady company. And unfortunately, my apartment complex uses this electric utilities manager. I am very careful about my electricity and in a 2 by 2 shack of an apartment, my electric bill was $166 a $76 overage. Somethings sketchy.

I'm not sure how this is legal. Conservice charges admin fees much higher than my actual water bill. Scam.

Conservice Utility Management & Billing is a masterclass in corporate malpractice and consumer exploitation. After consistent utility bills between $35 and $48, I was hit with a $313 billan outrageous back-charge for five months of electricity I was never notified about. Despite supposedly providing a breakdown, Conservice dismissed their clear incompetence with, Yeah, this is a problem. Wont happen again. The Conservice fees are absolutely outrageous! This month, I am paying over $65 in admin, service fees, and base charges and my usage only equates to $27. What the h*** is this? This is absolute gouging for a two bedroom apartment. Just a few months ago, and at the same usage of water, I was paying half of this cost. Now, I am paying double with no explanation and no increase in use! They are ripping up off

The customer service **** at ********************** are nice, but the company itself is poorly managed. They claim to bill as soon as they receive information from the utility company, but I found out they actually bill whenever they get around to reviewing itand theyre behind on reviews. My utility company told me they send billing info right after each billing cycle ends. Conservice is a complete scam! My bill keeps going higher and higher and they have no explanation as to why. We have not had any guests, our routine has not changed, maintenance came in and checked my apartment and found zero issues. We are barley even home. My bill went from $140 to $200 out of nowhere. I believe they are estimating throughout the whole building and not individually or the rates went up and they are not being transparent about it. This is not fair!
