Just writing this review to let people know to pay very close attention to your utilities when you use this company. Our utilities were in our name and then someone from Conservice contacted the utilities companies to switch it over to their name. Conservice then attempted to charge us for not having them in our name; however, we had proof that they had switched it over to their name. We had to threaten legal action to get the fees taken off. Your company needs to be investigated! Ive been a residence at my home for 4 years now and have utilities through the City of ********* and all of a sudden Im receiving a **** from this company that I never signed up for! How did you even get my information?! Why would you commit fraud?! Thats illegal to use someones information! @conservice

You guys don't even deserve one star. My ConService Utility **** when it first start went from $40 and now its hitting the high $80. I reached out to my apartment manager and asked them there is now way in my household I am using $80 worth of utility. Come to find out that the ConService Utility is not based on your apartment usage it is based on the whole apartment complex usage! So if some jackass leaves their lights on all day or takes a 2 hour shower it will raise your ConService Utility ****.. How is this not illegal? W... read more

Why the h*** would they charge me $131 where as i did not even stay in the apartment to use the utilities?? When i stayed they charged me $50 at *** which i understand, now they are charging me with this much money? When i did not even stay? Reduce the fee and the flooding was not my fault that the machines had to use so much energy.

They are charging for a service not giving!!! I don't have a meter in my apartment to know how much water I consum. Also in my contract do not State any formula , each apt has the same square foot so it should be the same charge for every apt. if you are using a formula how you're charging each residen for a meter and sewer when we don't have a meter working.You're not giving customer service, you're are giving the customer a different answer every time we call and the office manager also. They are covering each other back.

They will sneak charges onto your bill. I received a bill for $39.28. When I went to pay the bill on the site, they had tacked on a mysterious extra $18.00. I then called and customer service puts you on hold and never answers. They are also in ka-hoots with some of the apartment owners or managers. Something very unsavory is going on and it should be investigated

Worst customer service ever! I contacted to to get some clarification on 25% spike in my **** and they were unable to provide one.

It won't let me leave 0 stars but that is my rating. I rent a home and the company uses Conservice for water, sewer and garbage. I have been renting since May 2020 and have always paid on time. I have budgeted $80-110 a month for this **** but was just billed $300 more than my typical amount. When I called to inquire, they said I was underbilled for 6 months and require the amount in full. Worst utility company ever. Unfortunately, they are always contracted with the ************** Apartments and **** customers through the ************** Apartment Community's online portal together with rent. They randomly charged me a "vacant fee" out of nowhere stating I did not have SC ****** services setup for a random month. I still don't get how they came up with that. I have had SCE service since I moved in- otherwise I would not have electricity. Their monthly "service fee" is now $4.00 per month. For what? A fee so th... read more
