Scam of all scams. Conservice needs a damn class action lawsuit. I cannot believe that using 250 gallons of water equals $95 bill. And 340 gallons is $115. Never in my life have utilities been this high - and I’ve lived in this same city, similar sized units for seven years. Conservice is a con! A scam! Unethical! Run far away from their bullshit and any apartment complex who uses them.

Melanie - Unfortunately, I do not see that you contacted our customer service team in regards to your concerns. To clarify, we are only measuring your hot water usage. Your water and sewer charges are then calculated based on what percentage of hot water you have used compared to the entire community. For example, if you used 500 gallons of hot water and the community used a total of 10,000 gallons of hot water you would be responsible for 5% of the total water and sewer charges. I live in a one bedroom apartment in Kansas City, Mo. The monthly charges for water and sewage is outrageous. I was billed $40.00 for sewage and $45.00 for water. I called Conservice customer service and the agent stated, yes compared to the other service provider (Minolta) your billed increased about 700%. He also stated it just how their billing system is set up. This should be illegal.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I moved into a home in August 2020. I had to call this company to find out what was going on with my garbage services after being in the home for 2 weeks without any. I still went another week before a trash can was delivered, after I called yet again to inquire. I skip ahead and contact Georgia Power to inquire why I had received a final bill to my new address. I live alone and work two jobs. I'm barely home and received a utility bill that was totally outrageous. I have lived in another gated apt. complex before and NEVER paid such ridiculous sewer and water rates. I pay 3x's more than any apartment I've ever been. On top of Conservice charging a $5.99 a service fee every month. This is a real Con. I feel robbed and there is nothing I can do about it.. smh. made a huge mistake moving to Waterford Landing Apt. To have charges be double what they were doesn't seem quite right. I know people are staying home more, but double the charges is questionable. Because water is in the landlords name and then they outsource to Conservice....we essentially are paying for 2 "middle-men" There should have been at least heads up out to all Conservice folks that the charges were doubling----And an explanation. I just got charged $10 for a move out fee on top of their usual $5.00 service fee. This company rips people off. I say it's time for a class action lawsuit.

This is an extortion scam. The late fees are exorbitant, the base service fees are excessive, and I have no other choice but to pay them. I'm leaving this apartment when the lease is up, because the price has more than doubled since they switched to your "service." The mail was delayed due to Covid, and I was charged several late fees, but they were waived.
