Conservice requests we send inquiries to their email address so I sent inquiries 3 times to that email address and never received a response so I am trying here. Ridiculous. I live an apartment that uses this company. My water **** is over $150 a month. We have tried to do everything to lower it. Wash clothes once a week, run the dishwasher once a week but no matter what we do. Its still ridiculously high. This company will bleed you outta your money. I will never move into an apartment that has this company handling the utilities again.

Conservice is HORRIBLE! Today i noticed that I have been being billed for my water and sewer separately BUT the amount is extremely HIGH. I called my apartment manager and I was informed that I needed to get in contact with Conservice. They will not answer the phone and it is really getting to the point where rent is getting outrageously too high and soon I will not be able to pay it.

Horrible service! I get charged $4 per month to get a mostly incorrect statement, which my complex promptly ignores to actually bill me. If you have to call Customer Service, you can wait on the line for more than an hour, if you get a representative at all, or if you leave your number, you never get called. If you want to access your account, you have the same process when you contact the service that MUST set up your account, I cant opt out of these useless monthly statements!

I have spent at least a month correcting an error that Conservice made. I put all utilities in my name only for Conservice to transfer the gas bill out of my name and then proceed to charge me an overpriced bill, a set-up fee, and a “failure to transfer” fee. Totaling over $140. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Just a terrible company that is intent on overcharging and making money via a service fee for paying online and if you refuse to do so by mailing them a check they charge a late fee regardless of when you mail it. I've called them multiple times about the mailed check (which is sent directly from my banks online bill pay) and they claim that they post the payment on the same day the check is received in their PO Box.
