A useless middle man that absolutely screws you. Its been four days with no gas now and Ive talked to about seven differently poorly trained employees. Its now a Friday and they say we cant get gas until maybe Monday. I decided to call the gas company and see what is going on. They state that they havent received a request until now, which is Friday at 2pm. Meaning conservice messed around for four days and did absolutely nothing. Everything runs off gas in this house. This company is awful and will ***** you in every what possible. When you end your lease, thats when they start charging final fees for just about anything they can think of, even when they dont fulfill their end of the deal, such as trash pick up, which is left lying in front of the dumpster in piles for days or weeks at a time. For pest control, which I guarantee they never do and charge you more for water than JEA. If you lease an apartment that uses these con artist, dont. Youll save yourself money and a headache

Terrible increase in my ****. I reached out and inquired about this recent hikes and my **** and was pushed back to my apartment complex to look into it. I moved into my apartment in August. This business took over for our other water company, it started off ok, but has done whatever the other company did, CON people out of money. I have had water-bills 200-300$ Monthly!! Im not home everyday and live alone. Others in my community have empty units and have the same issues.Over it!!!

This company took over and the first **** from them is doubled. There must be some entity out there to investigate what this company is doing. My consumption hasnt increased in any way shape or form, thats suspicious, plus the convenience charge because they rip you off while youre at home, you need not go anywhere so they can rip you off. Thats ridiculous.

Been in my apartment for almost 2 years now each month my **** has went up, it started from about $94 and now is up to $483 it makes no since that this company is ripping people off and using the allocation excuse just to get more money, my **** was never going up when this place was at the previous utilities company my **** rarely changed or went up this high, conservice is a scam and I hope lots of apartments get rid of their services because its ridiculous

I have been renting for almost 2 years and my electricity **** has never been over 380, well the past couple months my **** has doubled. I ask them to come read my meter and they refuse telling me its the rental properties responsibility. This is untrue. I have yet to have them read my meter and I am now forced to switch companies which is going to cost me $100 when this could have been prevented by just having someone read the meter.

I see why this company has such awful reviews. Within two months of being involved with my apartment complex you sent me a wildly inaccurate **** doubling my amenities. I was told this happens sometimes and their accounting fixes your bills but according to these awful reviews it seems you pull this stuff all the time and you are not to be trusted or relied on. Not sure why the company picked a CON - service.

At ************************* we're STUCK using Conservice! The way they compute a **** is totally inequitable and discriminatory to a one-person resident. For one, they charge to send me an invoice (that's absolutely crazy -- charge me to send me a ****!). Nothing has changed in terms of my living, use of water, trash, etc. But my **** keeps fluctuating and this month is UP 13% from the previous! That means I'm likely paying for someone else's misuse of the water, etc.

They are calculated this way as there are no individual meters available to measure each apartment's usage.
