This company is committing theft!! They charge you 3 USD for a convenience fee when I have to use my internet, fill out the form, and deposit my money in their account and thats supposed to be for my convenience? Well after I did that they told me that my bank returned my payment, and I asked my bank why they returned my payment and they said that was Conservices issues but now that they have my account they charged me 20 more bucks. The only reason I think they didnt charge me more is because I deleted my account. Very shad... read more
Business response:
****** - There is a convenience fee charged for any one-time payment processed through our system. This is outlined in the terms before a payment is submitted. This fee can be avoided by mailing in a payment, using any **** pay options offered by your bank, or signing up for auto pay. I see that your most recent payment was returned by the bank for insufficient funds. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. An NSF fee is charged when a payment is returned for any reason. This is also outlined in the terms. Please feel free to reach... read more
This company has charged me a $50+ dollar vacant electric fee TWICE in the last 4 months claiming the electric wasn't in my name when it has been in my name the entire 2 years I have lived in the apartment. Even when I provide them with a billing statement IN MY NAME FROM THE CITY FOR THE DATES SPECIFIED they say they have to "look into it and get back to me". Well here we are 24 hours later and no response. When I reach back out to them it is "still pending". what needs to be pending when you have the statement from the cit... read more
Business response:
******* - In reviewing your account, I see that the vacant charges forwarded to you were for apartment B. These charges were processed in error as you reside in apartment A. This has been corrected and credits have been issued. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any questions.
I am not surprised Conservice only has a one star review... The people working there are dismissive, they don't care about the customer service that they provide nor do they care about the fact that they are working with people's livelihood. I was charged almost $400.00 for "failing to transfer my utility bills" almost TWO months ago, with no warning or anything, They just edcided I didnt transfer my bills, when i SURE did. I have sent them proof over three times of the date that I changed my bills (my move in date) and they... read more
Business response:
Ally - As a third party utility management and billing company, we simply **** you for any charges received from the local utility providers as they are received. We recently received a **** from the electricity provider for several months of services. These charges were forwarded to you as vacant electricity. There was also a vacant service fee charged for processing the **** as outlined in your lease agreement. Based on the information you provided to us it appears that the electricity provider also billed you for those se... read more
Please, stay away from this company. We got the water **** from the city, and we are being overcharged by $100 per month.I can't understand how they can get away with it, seriously. If your landlord is trying to use this scam of a company, move out as soon as possible.
Business response:
****** - Unfortunately, I was unable to locate your account. We're happy to confirm how your charges are being calculated. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com.
I moved into a new apartment (same apartment complex) and I received an final **** of $342.00 for water and sewer charges. I spoke to my leasing office and they gave me the number to call Conservice. I called customer service and was on hold for 38 mins. I finally spoke with a representative, and he told me the account is closed and there is nothing they can do. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they cant assist me either. I asked, why am I stuck with this abnormally high ****? The representative told me the **** is... read more

***** - I'm happy to see that you were able to speak with a supervisor. To confirm, your charges increased due to an increase in usage. I'm having a terrible time getting an issue resolved involving an incorrect meter reading. It shows my water consumption jumped ***** percent in one month. From about ***** gallons to ****** gallons the last billing cycle. My **** went from a consistent average of about $56 a month to $501.47 this past billing cycle. When I called Conservice last week to dispute the ****, a customer service representative recommended contacting a professional plumber to conduct an inspection for a leak. So, I did.Tuesday morning, a licensed pro... read more
Business response:
Andy * I'm happy to see that you been in contact with our customer service team in regards to this. To confirm, your meter emits a short frequency that only requires the technician to come within a certain range to get the read. Your most recent meter read shows that your usage has returned to normal. We advise performing a bucket test to determine if there is an issue with the meter. We can then look into this further. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any questions.
This company is aptly named: ************ As you can see from the scores of complaints, they are a parasitic middle man company for corporate landlords. They like to overcharge, are unresponsive to formal complaints and generally just a scumbag company. My normal water usage is about 4k gallons per month. They claimed that I used over 15k gallons for several months in a row. To my knowledge, I wasn't filling neighborhood swimming pools during those months. I am an engineer and hooked up my own water meter to compare their cl... read more

they make **** hard to pay, my major bank can not find my CONservice account #. So they can add extra fees and customer service is a joke and a real bad one.
Business response:
****** - You can find information about your payment options at https://conservice.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407182784283-Where-and-how-to-make-your-utility-payments. If you are having trouble with the **** pay system offered by your bank, I advise reaching out to your bank directly for assistance. Generally, Conservice would be the payee and you can send funds to your Conservice account number. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any questions.
If I could give ZERO star, I would. Please expect to have "NON professional experts support". I got wrong **** because of the system error and they refuse to credit in the next statement.Be prepared for the huge hidden cost.
Business response:
Duke - You are simply being billed as outlined in your lease agreement. You can find more information about vacant charges at https://conservice.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407182786203-What-are-vacant-charges-and-why-am-I-receiving-them-.
