Horrid. Part of the fault lies with the apartment complex I rented from. I had no warning or explanation of Conservices practices. They may have conned the naive people that run the apartments that I live in, but they continue on with this horrible company. The fees! Fees for everything. Im sure that Ill be charged for writing this as they had to use office time to read it. They really are that *****.Conservice is fundamentally unethical. There isnt any transparency in their billing. There are fees for nearly everything having... read more

******* - Unfortunately, I do not see that you have contacted us directly. To clarify, we are simply calculating your utility charges as outlined in your lease agreement. The only fee charged for our service is the monthly service fee. This is charged for calculating your individual charges, sending out the statement, and providing conservation resources. If you would like more information on how your utility charges are being calculated you can find page 2 of your utility statements or reach out to us online at www.utilitie... read more

Last year the property I rent was sold to another company who uses Conservice Utility company to handle the billing. The problem I have is some months they won't include the electric usage part on the bill then double up the following month and I have spoken to them about before. This time however they have held off for 2 months and tripled up on the bill this month bringing my bill to over $1,000 just in utilities (usually around 350) and I find it unacceptable that they cannot do the one thing they claim to do and deliver ... read more

*** - As a third party utility management and billing company we simply bill you for any charges received from the local utility providers as they are received. If we have not received a bill from a utility provider at the time your utility statement is finalized you will not be billed for that utility. Alternatively, if we receive more than one bill from a utility provider all service periods will be included on your utility statement. I just got my first bill at $70.48, The water is hard water that stains the faucets and is not drinkable. I have to purchase my own water for the month. I run the dishwater 2 time a week and showering has made my skin dry and itching. This is a rip off or what!!

Business response:

******* - Unfortunately, I do not see that you have contacted us directly. To clarify, your water and sewer charges are calculated based on your occupancy and square footage, not your usage. Your property management receives bills for the community's water and sewer services. These charges are then split in half. One half is used to calculate a charge per occupant and the other is used to calculate a charge per square foot. You are charged for the occupancy listed in your lease and the size of your apartment. Please feel fre... read more

we've been in our home for 3yrs and every now and then we will get a bill which is really high and billed at multiple months, but we are never behind. Every time i call they never have an answer to the high bill and every month is a guessing game even though we cut back on water just to see what the outcome would be and it never helps and the company refuses to ever adjust anything. If i wasn't forced to deal with them i wouldn't the last company was more than half the cost.

Though our lease began on July 13, 2022, my husband and I did not move into our apartment until July 22. The apartment complex switched to Conservice and we were told that our first water bill should go though either the middle or end of August 2022. However, our bill is only for ***** July. The meter reading shows **** gallons of water used on the dates of ***** July -- 5 days of usage a full 10 days before we moved in! There is obviously an error in the water meter reading or the dates of usage or both. I called Conservice... read more

I have been leasing a town home from progress residential for the last past 18 months. Apparently Conservice states they request to go through then to consolidate the utility bills. That is exactly what I did, paying a service fee of **** a month. After 18 months of paying them faithfully before due date every month. They were also taking $***** for the last 18 months on top of my electricity bill which is estimated amount of about ******. Without any kind of courtesy notice stating if you don't put your electricity bill in ... read more
