My sewer **** has jumped up from approximately $9 (December 2021) to the most recent months $42 (May 2022). I live in a tiny apartment by myself and it's crazy how drastically my **** changes from month to month. I am hardly home as I am a medical student-I'm either in the library or at work. My neighbor is married and has two kids and her sewer **** is always less than mine. Please make it make sense. They charge a "service fee" with every single transaction no matter what payment method you use. What is my management company even paying them for? Really putting the "con" in "Conservice". A completely useless, parasitic business.

******************** in *********, ******* uses this third party company Conservice for their waste ******* ******* billing. Billing does not go by actual usage and has been increasing each month with no explanation. Last statement was a total of $68.84 that includes sewer, trash, *************** fee. Billing used to be around the amount of $58.28. Billing has increased each month. There is also plumbing issues with this complex a lot and never any reimbursements. This company is charging unethically for utitilities and was not able to justify how they arrived at the charges, but became hostile and hung up on me. I paid $6.06 for water usage of 350 gallons from Jan to Feb, 2022, and $8.56 for water usage of 340 gallons from Feb to Mar, 2022. The sewer rose $6.94 during the timeframe of the 350 gallons usage to $10.53 for the lesser usage of 340 gallons. For example, if you used ***** gallons and the community used a total of ****** gallons you would be responsible for 10% of the total water and sewer charges. This company is ripping off working people There prices are very high and they cant explain why. They claim the monthly **** is split depending on how many people live in the apartment building and how many people in each apartment. This was a mild winter not really cold. I paid less in the winter months then I paid the first month of spring.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Conservice is a Monopoly and the last time I checked the laws of **************************** Monopolys are illegal. They are discriminatory by charging single dividuals who live in the communities they service. Their formula to calculate usages is erroneous. They charge fees to **** individuals, and they cannot explain their charges. I have been forced to pay them since 2015, and back then there was paper billing. They switched to electronic billing years ago and are still charging... read more

Horrible service. WATER **** increases monthly despite no change in usage.This is just a ripoff service that does not care about fairness in billing only their profits.

To Whom It May ******** Re: Monthly Irritating billing. Conservice", as a firm, in my mind, is very aptly named. Con- rip off, deception or *******. There is no way that I, as a disabled vet, use $115.00 plus each month in hot water, regular water, trash, sewer, etc. In fact, every previous apartment situation I have been in, utilities were included, less electric, phone.
