The people working there are dismissive, they don't care about the customer service that they provide nor do they care about the fact that they are working with people's livelihood. I'm having a terrible time getting an issue resolved involving an incorrect meter reading. It shows my water consumption jumped ***** percent in one month. This company is aptly named: ************ As you can see from the scores of complaints, they are a parasitic middle man company for corporate landlords. They like to overcharge, are unresponsive to formal complaints and generally just a scumbag company. My normal water usage is about 4k gallons per month. My sewer **** has jumped up from approximately $9 (December 2021) to the most recent months $42 (May 2022). I live in a tiny apartment by myself and it's crazy how drastically my **** changes from month to month. I am hardly home as I am a medical student-I'm either in the library or at work.
