Our complex was overcharged from February 2022 to August 2022 for sewer services. I have a chain of emails inquiring about the charges and asking for a direct contact to resolve the issue and for a refund. There's a clear data entry error listed on the bills as a double charge for sewer. There's been no reply other than to explain how their billing system works. But I see our September billing has finally been corrected, which is a direct conflict with the explanation they provided to me back in April. I've asked for a refun... read more

******** reviewing your account history, I do not see an error in the billing. If you can provide more details regarding the issue you are seeing we are happy to help. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com.
When we moved into our house, the property management company told us we HAD to use Conservice. We didn't like it, but thought, "no biggie." Well, we just got the first bill and despite what we were told, they charged us a fee for not moving the electricity fast enough into our name. The thing is, we used a service suggested by that same company to try and do it, but they didn't do anything helpful. So the very first opportunity we had (which was within the three days they told us to do it), we did it ourselves, but were STI... read more

**** - We simply bill as outlined in the lease. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any questions.
The only thing right with this company is the ***** in Conservice. The water **** though there is NO Water Meter creeps up Every Billing Cycle even when we have NOT been home, as well as with the Sewer usage. Their customer service is NON-EXISTENT so spare yourself the aggravation of trying to get a TRUE explanation for the billing increases because if they do respond they will give you a prepared con-artist answer. I dont get how they can be saying they have an A+ rating because the complaints on this page, and my conversat... read more

***** - You are simply receiving a portion of the community's water and sewer charges based on your occupancy and square footage, not your individual usage. Your property management receives bills for the entire community's water and sewer service. After your property management pays a portion of the charges, the remaining amount is divided in 2. One half is used to calculate a charge per occupant and the other is used to calculate a charge per square foot. You then receive charges calculated based on the occupancy listed in... read more
I just got my first **** from these people. All my base utilities went up. I looked up the utility company rates. They did not go up. They also charged more for kWh thank the electric company. I live in *******. We are submetered but we have our own separate meters. The law states that if a utility is submetered the landlord can only charge what he is charged. They cannot make a profit on utilities. I'm not paying the extra. I hope they take it to court. I have emails, texts etc. Going back 4 years of disputes still not reso... read more

***** - The base fees charged to residents are determined using the property's base fees that they receive from the local utility providers. The rates we use would simply be the rate charged to the property by the local utility provider. These *** differ from the usual residential rates as apartment communities are often charged as commercial properties. Or, the rates we use *** simply be an average rate of the rates charged to the property by the provider. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com ... read more
I moved my old address to my new adress ******************************* my account is ending in 9844.Apartment managment replaced utility **** managment to conservice ! Conservice increased my **** every month even if I used it less water every month ! Sadi - I'm happy to clarify. At your previous address, your utility charges were calculated based on your occupancy. They were calculated this way as there were no individual meters available to measure each apartment's usage. At your current address, your water and sewer charges are calculated based on your water usage. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any questions.
My apartment complex switched to this company after years of having our electricity in our own names. The company has been a nightmare. They are purposively a month behind (so you would pay for ******* at the beginning of march even though they had the electrical readings given to them early in February). They dont actually **** you the actual amount from the electric meter for your final **** in the lease, but instead, they estimate it off your previous month electrical **** (not the whole lease term, just the previous ****... read more

Cali - The billing is done in arrears because you are billed based on your usage. Please find https://conservice.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407536652571-Billing-in-Arrears-Service-Periods-vs-Due-Date for more information. The final charges are prorated based on your previous charges as outlined in your lease agreement. We're happy to go over how the charges were prorated. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com.
Terrible business practices. I have had utilities disconnected due to this company missing a ****. This company time and time again say they do not receive a **** on time so there will be no utilities billed one month and double utilities the next. I spoke with utility companies who stated bills are sent the same day every month. No one at this company offered any solutions to my problem. I was also told they can not guarantee utilities will not be disconnected in the future due to an error on their end. How is this an accep... read more

I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 842 sq ft apartment. My water/sewer **** went from around $150 to $434. However, My usage did not increase. The company has stated I used **** Gallons. I'm the only user. This is in the ************ area I called in and spoke to a rep and it seems like they are trained to find excuses. They told me that I use more water than my neighbors so I have to pay more for the usage. My concern is that I used up to **** gallons in the past and my **** was nowhere near $434.I did file a complaint with t... read more

****** - I can confirm that you are simply being billed as outlined in your lease agreement. Your charges will fluctuate each month based on your usage compared to entire community's usage. For example, if you used ***** gallons of water and the community used a total of ****** gallons of water you would be responsible for 10% of the water and sewer charges. If, during the next month, you used ***** gallons of water and the community used a total of ***** gallons of water you would be responsible for 15% of the water and sew... read more
My monthly water and sewer **** has skyrocketed from $30 (before Conservice) to more than $100 and keeps increasing every month. They need to be investigated for fraud.
