We just received a bill on February 14th for FOUR months. At least that's what it says on our bill. It's insane to me that a company can get away with this type of billing. Most families are already struggling but Conserve will make sure you're REALLY struggling!

My bill increased to 100% more in the last 5 month the increased start with 30$ then 69$ and know I was charge for 500$ in water heating which is completely wrong. I tried to call the company no answer email no answer. The condo manager tried the same and no answer.

I live at ************ Apts *********** **. Water/Sewer bill has increased over 100% per month since June 2022. ********************* is the property owner/management company and has not communicated the problem is being addressed. The billing system was per meter readings that were estimated since June 2022. The community changed to ***** Utilities Billing effective with Feb 1, 2023 billing. Conservice bills me for trash every month. I first started paying this company in early 2021 and my bill would be $10.60, and they keep increasing every month by cents and some other months by $8, so much so that my present-day bill is at $32.14 and still increasing in cents every month. They haven't provided any calculations or explanations for the increase. In a word: criminal.My building (approx. 28 units, residential, air B&B, business offices) has just one water meter. From that single meter, in a building with a fluctuating number of occupant, each using an indeterminant amount of water, we are somehow expected to trust a monthly bill received from this third-party vendor.How is each units monthly bill calculated? I live in a one bedroom apartment at ********************* and received two very high water bills. When I first moved in my the first bill was only for 9 day yet I was charged $113! This month I am charged $232.93 ($121.78 sewage and $89.72 for water). With only one person living in there that doesnt use much water at all because hardly home this price gouging!! The customer service is c*** **************** reps lie to you just to get you off the phone. I have lived in my rental unit for almost a month and I am still waiting for this company to get my service right.

This utility company seems to be crooks. I live in one of the apartments near *** campus with one other person and our water bill is more than my parents 3 level home. When I call and finally get in, they do not give- any real explanation. I called the *****************.
