Each month they update their systems late and charges a late fee of 7$. 7$ late fee on a 35$ bill is 20%. Who decided that ? and why should a consumer be charged because of your inadequacies.

Conservice is a predatory business. They overcharged my roommate and I $1400 each for our water bill. We disputed the bill and Conservice said they would look in to it. After weeks and weeks of pushing them I got in touch with the apartment manager and they were able to get Conservice to pay me back. To them, I had the burden to prove to them why I didn't use $2800 worth of water in a month, not the other way around. They were absolutely okay with screwing me over.

I believe this company is ripping people off. As many units in my building and the amount of money being paid in heating and water is beyond me. I feel as though they should be transparent with individual of their personal usage. I have reached out to them with no response.

I live at ****** micro community in ****** *****. Conservice is their billing agency. They have double charged us, overcharged ** ever since their service was contracted. Two days ago, my neighbor had to leave work due to a panic attack because they told her she owed $4000.00 when she did not owe anything!!AND we pay a service fee to them for their errors.This company is appropriately named "CON"

Worst experience ever. We downsized from a 4 bedroom house and never paid this much for both water and rent with 3 people and pets! They are currently working with the apartment complex and show that we have some unusual usage creating $400 charge every month since December, including the first two months when we were not there for two weeks out of each month. The company is an absolute joke. They are a 3 party for the company we rent from so they are in charge of sending us our bill and also making sure it gets paid. We pay our bill through the company we went from when we pay rent but Conservice delays as to when they will pay our utility company. We received a cut off notice in Feb on Valentines days as we was heading out the door. We called electric company they said we havent paid in 2 months. Conservice is a rip off. They are charging me from months ago when I pay on time with my rent. I want out but they said it's nothing they can do

If I could give this zero stars I would. Ever since my apartment community switched to Conservice Utility for our water/sewage/valet trash service, my water bill has risen enormously. There is the same number of people living in my apartment that there has always been. We do not overuse or consume anymore than we always have. Water usage has actually decreased over the past few months yet my water bill keeps rising. A bill that used to be around $80-99 monthly is now $144!!! How and why? No explanation. We moved into a duplex for student housing. Our bill for this 1800sqft 5-bd house was $800+. I called the city and they said "that's absurdly high. Like 3-4x higher than it should be". Our sewer was over $65/ea (multiplied by the 10 tenants is $650+) and the city said the sewer for the entire duplex should be less than $60 (or ~$6/ea).
