varying high bill every month.I am receiving high water bills in spite of low usage of water and other utilities such as trash etc. Try to fix this issue asap. Also, there is no trash charge for other buildings in the community and we get charged for trash every month. This is very frustrating and haphazard way of charging. We have been living in a Progress Residential home for 3 years without payment issues and sent in our move-out notice on July 1st, and apparently reviewing the ledger we havent received a charge from them since May.As a beautiful surprise, we went from getting a normal $150-$180 bill to one for about $800 that runs from May to the end of September, meaning we are already being charged for utilities we never used. Something is not right. I feel I am paying way to much for the utilities at **************. I'm paying almost $1400.00 a month for a studio and utilities added on.

This entity is Literally Criminal.They are involved in Class Action ************************* ******* Is A Criminal Enterprise.They Have Absolutely Not One Thing To Do With Any Property They Represent Except To Line Their Criminal Pockets While Putting Money Into The Property Management Pockets As Well

CONservice has billled me and my partner incorrectly for the past two months. Are water bill went from a reasonable amount for our apartment to an absurd amount. We were charged for 6/1-7/1 271$ in water and for 7/1-8/1 we were charged 395$ just in water itself the previous months were an average of 80$-130$ a month . Ugh. This billing two months later is nonsense! Bill for over $800 for This past June and July due immediately. WHY can we not receive a bill right after services are rendered? Id leave zero stars if I could

This company is the absolute WORST! They delay billing and can not give you any information on what's due until the end of the month...the ***** and will double bill you because it wasn't posted in time! THAT'S THEIR JOB!!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could! They need to be CLOSED!
