This company needs be monitored and they should certainly be ashamed of themselves. They impose fees on residents that they don't use or need. They request supporting documentation for services and when those documents are received they ignore them. They deny you the right to escalate to a supervisor who might actually know more about tenants rights and responsibilities. I will be filing a complaint against them. Take a look, at all of the complaints received in the last year alone! This is predatory renting.

Its now months of unresolved billing errors. So I am currently filing many complaints against Conservice ************* with the **** BBB and Consumer Affairs. Additionally one of my board of trustees who works for local media will air our complaints next month. Since our management where I live (luxury complex) cannot get any resolution and/or stop Conservice ************* from erroneous billing. I am being charged for double occupancy although my husband is here usually not more than two weeks every other month. In addition, this is not clearly explained at the onset of the lease but buried I. The Minutia. You should not be charged for energy you do not use. It has been the hottest Summer on record and yet I seldom use the air conditioner but am charged more than a hundred a month for utilities for a studio. We pay less than that for a home. Who do we contact for an audit of this practice? I am about to find out.

Comservice is ripping me off to trying to tell me my sewer is ****** no its not i never paid over ***** for sewer

The apartment complex cancelled the contract with Conservice. I received 2 "final bills" in excess of $300 when I had never paid more than $65 monthly. The apartment didn't care and neither did Conservice. Would never recommend anyone do business with Conservice.

They don't even check the leases of the people they're trying to steal money from. I have an all bills paid lease, yet I'm getting invoices from this company trying to take money from me for bills that are covered 100% by my lease agreement. Now I have to go through a week long process of fixing this all the while my rent is going to be accruing late fees, which I will be expecting this company to pay.

Living in an apartment complex that uses this company, our utilities were ALWAYS $80-100. We were hardly ever home and were both responsible with water usage and such. Conservice is an absolute scam because they bill you an equal amount spread amongst the other units in your building, so a few large families using enough water to fill a decent sized swimming pool in the span of a day come off lucky, while those who hardly ever consume any get robbed. I cant agree enough with all the one-star reviews. They are a predatory company who partners with apartments. We just moved out of a complex who partnered with them when we were already several months into our lease. Our rent and utilities were the same every month for the 12 months until we informed the complex we were moving out. Then, miraculously, we get hit with a 700 dollar bill bc they estimated what the meters were, and under charged us going back (conveniently) to when this new group bought our apartment we had been... read more

They unfairly billed me $1421 for rent 10/01/2022 and thats the exact **** of my social security. The account number is ********. Statement date is 09/24/2022. my name is ***************************.
