I know that you supposedly make these bills with contact from our complexes. The current invoice for **************************** does not appear to fall in line with previous months charges and I am concerned that somebody somewhere is being enriched for no good reason. A billing service without individualized processes for use still does not seem to be a fair way to create bills.

The response to reviews are all the same... we simply bill when we receive the amount, we did not charge enough so now you have a $700 bill and much more nonsense again and again. How in the world is someone supposed to plan for a bill 4 days before it is due. Apparently there are some inconsistencies with the billing process and amount people are billed. My sewer charge has been varying around $50-80 month for the past 12 months. This month, they've charged me $270... whopping 400% more than my average! Where's the evidence or meter for this amount of charges? They need to be transparent and not charge more than actually used.

I am new to using Conservice as a tenant of an apartment building, and wow. If you ever have the option to not use them, DON'T. I have never dealt with such ineffective customer service reps and the ***** The fees will literally drain you. I got charged a $40 bounced ACH transaction fee because Conservice decided to pull a payment a full 3 business days after I submitted, instead of same day. Then refused to refund the fee. The bank will then transfer the funds or advise us that the funds are not available. This process does usually take several business days. Horrid. Part of the fault lies with the apartment complex I rented from. I had no warning or explanation of Conservices practices.They may have conned the naive people that run the apartments that I live in, but they continue on with this horrible company.The fees!
