I realize that the new car market is very difficult to navigate during this pandemic, but Concord Toyota was always very polite and helpful. Not arrogant as are many other dealers.

Waste of time. He listed three brand new cars on his website that I was looking for, but when I finally got through on the phone, he said one was "damaged" and the other two were already sold. Classic bait and switch. Too many other dealers in the area to put up with this nonsense.

Arranged test drive. No pressure sales. Not a lot of experience with the vehicle.
The staff were nice and friendly!
Poor experience if I could get 0 stars I would. Zack told me to come in and was not there on time had me waiting and then came to greet me saying they sold my car. I went all way down to their dealership to tell me the car that I had wanted was sold already and tried to get me into another car. I immediately left + the other salesman’s DIDNT seem friendly at all or willing to assist
