Singh was very responsive and kept me in the loop. Unfortunately, the car sold before I could get to California, but Singh informed straight away to save me the trip.
The car was not cleaned. The sales person that I was communicating was not there. The new person was not knowledgeable and gave wrong information about the car.....
They have really responded quickly I cannot drive to concord tho
I felt rushed and it seems like they only care about closing a deal and sell you some unnecessary stuff. The dealer ( Jeshua) had a bad temper when we were asking questions and trying to negotiate. I felt like I wasn’t supposed to ask/negotiate or even take a minute to think about weather getting the car or not. I would never go to this location anymore.
The truck that I wanted had just been sent to auction, but the customer service gentleman was very helpful and supportive.
Only reason they received 4 stars is because the key fob was glued shut and they didn’t replace it when purchased.

This was the worse car purchase experience I have ever had!!! Do not shop here, they are rude and inattentive if you are buying a used vehicle, it seemed like they only cared about the people that was buying brand new vehicles. They put us with an unexperienced sales person then tried to give the recognition to another sales person that pawned us off in the first place!
