Worse experience ever!!! I was in contact with the dealership to see a vehicle and made an appt. For 3pm. I explained our situation that we would be coming from the San Mateo area so the exact time would depend on traffic. When it was past 3pm, I texted the salesperson to let him know we were running a little late due to traffic only to find out they were in the process of selling the vehicle. They could have had the courtesy to call or text me to let me know! Wasted my time, gas and energy!!! Worse customer service!!

The first salesman I talked to named joseph, was extremely dismissive, Aunt knew nothing about the car. He said it had taken it as a trade and therefore he didn't know anything about it, and even though he knew I was coming in specifically to look at that car, he did not take the time to learn anything about it. When I was looking over the Carfax he was playing with his phone; he could have been looking up information about the car, but I wasn't important enough for that apparently.
