Dealership wasn’t willing to work with me because I’d be shipping the vehicle. I said I would accept liability and they still refused service
don’t enjoy spending hours at dealerships, so I appreciated how efficiently the team handled everything. Most of the details were worked out before I arrived, which made delivery day quick and stress-free. The staff was professional, transparent, and easy to work with throughout the process. Overall, a smooth buying experience and I’m very happy with my new Tacoma.

They called / text immediately but didn’t seem to u Serrano we were three hours away. We text the next day to set up a time and the salesman had no idea what we were talking about. I’m not interested in dealing them again.
Overall smooth experience with very helpful staff.
Staff was great, whole process from beginning to end was seamless.
Matthew, Gabe, and Omar were great. Gabe delivered my car and picked up my trade-in because I had to leave car there for recall update on back doors. Smooth transition.
