It was an easy and smooth transaction. I bought the car.
I got a salesman, who didn't want to sale a car! Waste of both our times. He would of closed the deal but wouldn't negotiate $500-$1000 considering the car had "dings" on the passenger door they wouldn't fix, and also who buys a car without negotiating any type of pricing or some other benefit? I wasn't offered future oil change or carwash, nothing! The salesman basically said pay this and adding additional extended warranty I didn't ask for. The experience was ok, Kelli was fine. When we went there Sunday, it was busy and it felt rushed. When we bought the car they just rinsed the car down with no towel wipe so the was water spot all over car. Probably because it was Sunday there was no help.
Overall, we had a good experience with Concord Toyota. We got off to a slow start, but had much improvement shortly after. Our sales person, Daniel Kunkel was a pleasure to work with. My only complaint overall was the hard sell on the extended warranty (which is why there is a 4star rating rather than a 5star). When we talked to the finance people, we told them up front that we had no interest in an extended warranty, but they tried 4 different times to hard sell us on this warranty. I was not statisfied with the dealership the person that was helping me her name is Ashley and she was a bit rude always had a remark about everything I said I feel they did not help me as much as they could of I just did not feel there efforts in trying to find a great deal for me I left with getting any car. I credit was runner my score went down and I feel for what I didn’t even get anything and the experience with the people were not good so now Iam just gonna hold off and shop around more and wait for my credit to go up... read more
