Hassle free. Initiated the purchase online. The vehicle was ready for me when I arrived. The staff was very helpful and respectful of what I wanted. The entire transaction lasted less than 2 hours from my time of arrival to my departure in my new car.

Should have expected this from a New York used car dealer. I called the dealer early in the morning to confirm if the vehicle was available. Mindy on the phone says "yes, it's still available, would you like to put down a deposit?" I reply yes. She replies "I'm unable to do it but my manager can call you back and do it for you". The manager never calls. I'm not too worried, this vehicle was supposedly sitting for several weeks according to the dealer.
