Customer Service Walked-in with a question about my laptop and immediately both customer service agents walked over to provide me with assistance. I also buy all of my computers from this store and they are really good refursbished computers - the same quality as new laptops but for less money.Also very personable, knowledgable staff (better than Best Buy's Geek Squad!). Go to Computer Revolution instead of Best Buy with your computer needs. You won't be disappointed!!

Helped me download the latest version of Adobe Flash by phonbe I am an 81 year old grandma who wanted to download the latest version of Adobe Flash so I could stream in my granddaughter's basket ball games from Janestown, N.Dak. Jay, the person who helped me on the phone ,reassured me he would help me if he could AND he did. Awesome Customer Service! Computer Revolution recently swept my computer so that it would run faster to allow me to work remotely at home. Not only were they very prompt in getting my computer into tip-top shape, but they were very helpful with all the questions I had regarding my computer. I was even having trouble logging on to the internet so I stopped in and they fixed it in under 5 minutes! Thanks Computer Revolution!

Laptop service I had your Guys clean up my laptop. your guys installed window 7. The servise was GREAT. Thay explained everthing to me. I would tell all me friends.

Storing Photographic Files I have been to several computer stores, as well as, Large Chain Stores, such as Best Buy, attempting to find out information about files sizes, how C drive storavge and external drice storage works. After month of being given answers like, "I don't know" or "For X number of dollars per hour one of our tech can answer you questions." Today, is a red letter day for me.
