service I recieved Jay never pushed me into buying something I didn't need or want, every time I called with a question he always answered it with a answer that I could understand, gave me so much information,about the computors, I purchused a driffent one that is going to be better for me and for yrs to come, I thank him for that. Up date of MacaFee Security program Store (computer revolutions) has always been helpful with questions about the computer that I bought at the store my. My Macafee security system didn't recieve it's up date. But at the store it was reloaded, and we ran a scan to confrim that it's was working. Much apprecisted.

Setting up email with comcast and us family Mee Xiong is an outstanding technician,and very adept at customer relations as well. He restored two email accounts after some error msgs had corrupted the accounts. He made a quick analysis of the problem and went to work on it immediately. He made a special customer phone call to me to discuss some complications which were soon remedied. He also connected me with the service company rep to change my passwords; in short, he knew the answers and/or how to get them. He was sympathic... read more

Service received Wonderful service. Answered my questions, made appropriate suggestions for what needed to be completed. Worked with nme on my time frame needs. Communicated clearly what was needed form me in terms of software to complete the task of reinstalling software. supportive of the process.

Saved lots of money and time on my first trip! I needed a 120 watt laptop power supply the same day. All of my normal go-to stores came up with dead ends. I had never even heard of Computer Revolution, even though it's more convienient than anywhere else! The staff was friendly and I got the part for 1/2 of what I would have paid online! I'm coming back here first the next time around.

Fast, Thorough, Professional Did a laptop clean for me - it was in very bad shape (wanting to shut down every 15 minutes due to overheating). I'd never had it done before - obviously :)Response to my email inquiry came immediately; very thorough explaining my options; turn around time was uber-fast. And it's like I've got a new laptop - the difference is amazing!Thanks guys - no question, anything I need related to computers, and I'll be back.
