Computer Problems Power supply was bad, I purchased new one at Best Buy. Tried to fix myself. Could not fix. Brought to Computer Revolution. They fixed at no charge. Thanks Guys.
Friendly Staff, Great Service. When it comes to helpful service, I recommend Computer Revolution. You don't get the feeling you're "just another number" in their books. My first time was to buy a new adapter for my laptop. I purchased one of their refurbished adapters and took it home. Unfortunately, it was defective and it died on me within the first ten minutes. review I am happy with the service I received, and Glad to get the computer back. I was confused with the recomendation I got not to have the computer repaired. I was told the tech didn't recomend getting the computer repaired, and when I asked for a reason why, it was vague. It made me wonder if this computer was bad product from the get go and maybe I should not get it fixed. mixed signals.
09/17/2012 Computer Revolution sold me a great computer last year. Had a freak accident and screen needed to be replaced. The service by Russell and Mee was great. Computer is back t good working order.
09/17/2012 We were having computer issues, so we brought our tower and monitor into the store. Russ was kind and patient while he looked at our items, diagnosing a virus, and recommending repair or replacement for the computer itself. He determined a bad cord was causing problems with our monitor. We opted for a new computer, and he explained the pros and cons of each unit, and instead of selling us the most expensive unit, he recommended a lower priced system that would fit our needs.
