Incredible customer support I bought a SATA LG CD-ROM/DVD drive to resuscitate my daughter's old AMD Sempron ASUS K8N that lost the old IDE CD-ROM/DVD drive. Unfortunately, the LG would not allow the old K8N to boot even though it supports a SATA HD just fine. So I brought the whole computer in, and after investigation, Jay and Russell determined the old mobo just would not work with the modern LG drive. 090812 Visit I went in to purchase a cord for my laptop. Both sales reps were very helpful. They explained how the different amps and wattage worked on my computer. The also explained what to use on my very dirty screen and helped clean it. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Great Service! Came in for installation of a "Cloud" computer back-up for my lap-top.Service was fast,efficient & very user friendly. Cost per year is minimal & way less than the two different external hard-drives we spent several hundred dollars on at other "big-box"stores but that never worked correctly.Will be nice to have a place to go to - ie:Computer Revolution - for good, freindly & personal service!

Problems with internet connection I was having problems connecting with the internet and came in for help. I have been in twice and each time the employees have been very helpful and took as much time as I needed to help me resolve the problem. I would recommend this computer store to anyone as they are so very helpful.
