Computer Revolution Looking for a computer good service and freindly
They know their stuff... Needed to replace a laptop. For the most bang for my buck, they showed me 3 within the price range and explained well the pros and cons. Patiently answered my questions (repeatedly), and I bought one I'm really pleased with. Within the warranty, the battery stopped holding a charge and they gladly fixed the problem.
Internet connection issue I would recommend Computer Revolution to anyone. Both Mark and Jay were very helpful and friendly. All questions were answered as well as when I called on the phone. I will come back for any other issues.
Helped solve inquiry free of charge! I came in wondering what was wrong with my computer and the sales staff found a quick fix solution without charging us for their support. Because of such great customer service we ended up purchasing their anti-virus and spyware programs. Great Job!
Good Service!! We came into Computer Revolution for a new cord for our laptop. The customer service rep was able to locate our history in their system, which made it easy for us to make sure we got the right product. Staff was very friendly and helpful! He threw in a couple of headphones for us, as well. Great service and great prices too!
