computer virus so bought refurbished newer computer with better safety programs I came in having computer problems. Mike diagnosed them as caused by a virus. He thoroughly laid out my options, gave me the price to fix my old computer or buy a newer refurbished one. I went with the newer computer. He installed antivirus software. He was great answering all my questions and is very patient dealing with customers who have no idea what is going on in the computer world.
Space Needed - move to external heard drive Mike W. was great with us today - very patient and answered our questions slowly enough for us to process the information. He was friendly, informative and a clear communicator. I love this place because it is an independent, small company. I like to support small business. However, last Saturday, I came here and the guy was not so friendly (name unk). I would stop coming in if the staff was unfriendly or arrogant. Mike is a keeper.

Excellent Service I went to Computer Revolution last night thinking that I had to buy a PC to run software that won't run on my Mac. A consultant there instead showed me Parallels, an alternative software solution. Parallels allows my Mac to run Windows - problem solved. The only problem: Computer Revolution doesn't sell Parallels, so by giving me that great advice the consultant worked Computer Revolution right out of a sale. What a great, ethical company.
